Retaining much original character, with exposed queen post beams, trusses and stonework, with a romantic galleried and vaulted bedroom over the lounge. There is a fitted kitchen and a woodburning stove. Splendid walking from the door, climbing, cycling, day board and dinghy sailing at Carsington water, all a short drive away. Shop 300 yards, pub 200 yards. Ground floor with tiled floor: Open plan lounge with dining/kitchen area, bathroom with toilet. Open tread stairs to first floor: Galleried & balustraded double bedroom (not suitable for very young children). Services: Elec NSH giving CH equivalent. Multi-fuel stove in lounge.
