Close to centre of friendly village, this comfortable, end but one terraced holiday cottage overlooks thatched cottages. The quiet lane leads to the farmhouse which was once the home of Sir Walter Raleigh, and whose carved family pew is in the village church. An unspoilt and uncommercialised beach, with fishing boats, locally, whilst sandy beaches can be found at Exmouth. Enjoy splendid walks on Woodbury Common, along the River Otter, visit Bicton Gardens. Coarse fishing, fly fishing, sea fishing, or play golf (3 courses close by). Shop at village hall 300 metres, pub 100 yards. Ground floor: Lounge/dining room with living-flame gas fire, dining area & through arch to kitchen. First floor: 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single, bathroom with shower attachment, toilet & basin. Services: Gas fire, elec & bed linen inc. Towel hire.
