Almost on the doorstep, there's the Dartmoor National Park to explore, and the nearby reservoirs at Christow where you can stroll, fish from the shore or a boat, or observe the abundant wildlife. Walking, riding, bird-watching and mountain biking are all available. Local shop ¼ mile. Ground floor: Entrance with cloakroom toilet, lounge, up 2 steps to kitchen diner & utility room, up 3 steps into hallway leading to 2 bedrooms- 1 double, 1 twin, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin.
