It is situated in a pretty, rural area, five minutes' drive from the centre of Beccles, a thriving market town, offering golf, boating, swimming and a wide variety of eating places. Within a 10-mile drive birdwatching, amusement centres and sandy beaches are available. Ideally situated for enjoying both Norfolk and Suffolk. Shop 2½ miles, pub 1 mile.
