The cottage adjoins the owner's 18th century country house on the edge of the peaceful village of Long Marton. Situated between the Lakes and the Pennines with walks from the front door, the market town of Appleby with its golf course, swimming pool and shops is only 3 miles away. Pub 300 yards. Ground floor: Lounge, dining kitchen, shower room with toilet & basin. First floor: 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 2 twin (1 twin leading from double). Services: Open fire in lounge. Full OFCH.
