This comfortable and attractive cottage is part of a former 17th-century mill, situated on a quiet country road. The famous River Towy and its beautiful tributary, the Cothi, can easily be reached on foot, and there are many other attractive walks close by. Nearby there are a number of castles, a gold mine, The Botanical Green House, 3 miles, the largest in the world, a country park and several market towns. This is a well placed base from which to tour as both mid and south Wales are easily accessible. Shop ½ mile, pub 1 mile. Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, separate toilet with basin.
