This attractive farm cottage, converted from former farm buildings, has been well furnished throughout, being light and airy with lots of natural wood and excellent facilities. Set in beautiful East Devon countryside on a 150-acre dairy and sheep farm with abundant wildlife in the woods and a paradise for bird watchers. The Lyme Bay coastline is easily reached, whilst Honiton and Axminster, both 6 miles. The three fishing ponds (well away from cottage) are well stocked with carp, tench, roach, rudd and trout.
