Created from a barn next to the owner's farmhouse, these two well appointed cottages, adjoining a 20 acre small holding with farm animals, are less than a mile from the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac with magnificent sea and countryside views from the patio. The coastal footpath is nearby and it is a good area for walking, fishing, horse riding, water sports and golf. The sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock are not far away, with a ferry from Rock to Padstow, where bicycles may be hired for a ride along the Camel Trail to the market town of Wadebridge, (9 miles by road). Shop and pub 1 mile. First floor: Open plan lounge with dining & kitchen area leading onto balcony patio with magnificent sea views, 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 bunk, bathroom with shower, toilet & basin.
