Canterbury’s cathedral, Marlow Theatre, restaurants, the picturesque River Stour, St Augustine’s Abbey and shops are all but a short stroll away, and the coast is also easily accessible. Whitstable, famed for its oysters and fine fish restaurants, is a 15 minute drive, as is Ashford and the channel port of Dover. Choose between a ferry from Dover, or the Channel Tunnel for day trips to France. Shops 100 yards, pub 200 yards.
