Kings Lynn, the closest town, is an historic port with connections to King John who lost his treasure when he left Lynn to go to Newark. There are some good museums and lots of quaint alleys and old buildings. Whether you like steam railways, fishing, nature, wildlife, architecture or just a visit to the beach, Norfolk can offer something for everyone. Shops and pub 1 mile.
