Originally part of a 19th-century group of farm buildings in the small village of Brynberian; this detached house, set in the grounds of the owners home, has been carefully converted to provide compact and comfortable accommodation. On the edge of the Preseli Hills, the cottage is in the Pembrokeshire National Park, a little off the beaten track, but with the coast 6 miles away at Newport, it makes an ideal base for a combined coast and countryside holiday. Shop and pub 4 miles. Ground floor: Open plan lounge with dining & kitchen area. Spiral staircase to first floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, shower room with toilet & basin. Services: Woodburning stove in lounge. NSH giving CH equivalent (in bedrooms). Elec radiators (in bathroom). All fuel, power & bed linen (duvets) inc. Parking for 2 cars. Cot. H/chair. Stereo/CD.
