Lovely views of the Conwy Valley and river This semi-detached holiday property is set above the village of Trefriw. Just 2 miles from the market town of Llanrwst and within easy touring distance of Betws y Coed, Caernarfon, Conwy, Snowdon and the famous Bodnant Gardens. Local facilities include lake and river fishing, the whole area is a walker's paradise with numerous beautiful local trails, also the Trefriw Woollen Mill, Roman Spa Waters, Gwydyr Castle with the Gwydyr Forest 'Marin' mountain bike trail close by. Beach 10 miles. Shops and pubs 200 yards. Ground floor: Lounge, dining kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double with small room off (with cot), 1 single, bathroom with elec shower over bath & toilet. Second floor: 1 double bedroom. There are beds for 5, but max. 4 guests.
