Detached maisonnette converted to a very good standard throughout, this charming 17th-century former coach-house is situated on the edge of the village overlooking the surrounding countryside. Set in the grounds of the owner's former rectory, it has a utility room and cloakroom downstairs, with the rest of the accommodation on the first floor. Close to Bath, Wells and Bristol, it makes an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding area. Lovely walks on the Mendips and lots of historic houses and gardens to visit. Pub 500 yards. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet & basin, utility room, separate toilet with basin, 1 twin bedroom, double sofa bed. Services: OFCH. All fuel, power & bed linen inc. Parking for 2 cars in private lay-by. 4-ring hob & m/wave (not a full cooker). W/machine. Use of owner's t/dryer. Friday to Friday bookings.
