This end of terrace cottage is comfortably furnished and is within walking distance of the Royal Sandringham Estate. The coastline, with Blue Flag sandy beaches, bird sanctuaries and nature reserves, 4 miles. Excellent walking on Peddars Way and coastal path. Seaside resort of Hunstanton, 8 miles, for sandy beach, golf, sea life centre and sports centre. Norfolk Lavender at Heacham, 6 miles. Kings Lynn, 8 miles. Cycle hire locally. Shops and pubs 1/2 mile. Ground floor: Lounge with French doors & step to conservatory, step to dining room/kitchen, separate toilet & basin.
