A delightfully refurbished cottage situated in the grounds of the owner's home. Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, walk along the pier and look across to the Goodwin Sands. Visit Deal, Dover, Walmer Castles and visit the historic Time Ball Tower. Town centre 15 minutes walk. Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate only 30 minutes. Whitstable, Rye and Hythe 40 minutes. Hastings 1 hour. 2 golf courses within 11/2 miles, one being the International course Royal St. Georges. Shop and pub 250 yards. Ground floor: Lounge with laminate floor & French doors to small patio area, dining room/kitchen with tiled floor. First floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 bunk (double bed on bottom, single bed on top), bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin. Services: Open fire. GFCH.
