Peacefully situated on the edge of the popular Broadland village of Potter Heigham with an excellent stretch of river to explore, either on foot or by boat (daily boat hire available in village), fishing from the river bank (in season). Good walking and cycling from the door. Hickling Broad, 2 miles for sailing and RSPB reserve. Sandy beach and dunes at Winterton on Sea, 7 miles. Caister Castle and car museum, 9 miles.
