A 15 minute downhill stroll takes you into the heart of Windermere village which boasts a good selection of shops and restaurants. A 20 minute downhill stroll into Bowness will enable you to enjoy an array of visitor attractions including steamboat trips and the opportunity to hire motorboats or rowing boats.
