This very attractive, comfortable house offers all modern conveniences for a relaxing holiday. Quietly situated down a small lane it is on the outskirts of the popular seaside resort of Arbroath, home to the famous Smokies and an excellent base for exploring the lovely coastal and inland regions. Superb beaches, golf at nearby Carnoustie, St Andrews and Letham Grange are all within easy reach as are the cities of Aberdeen, Dundee and Perth. Wonderful walking in the 5 Angus Glens, horse riding and cycling, adding to the diverse appeal of a holiday here at any time of the year. Shops and pubs 3 miles.
