This 400 year old character cottage with beams, is adjacent to the harbour and 1 mile from the sandy beach. Sailing, windsurfing, boat trips, golf, narrow-gauge railway and cycling locally. Nearby salt marsh, RSPB nature and bird reserves offer excellent coastal walking and bird watching. Take a boat trip to visit the basking seal colony. Holkham Hall, palladium mansion, open in the summer, 2 miles. Royal Sandringham Estate and Museum, 16 miles. Abbey and priory ruins at Little Walsingham, 4 miles. Sheringham, Cromer and Hunstanton, an easy drive. Shops and pubs 100 yards. Ground floor: Lounge/dining room with beams/kitchen, separate toilet & basin.
