With magnificent views of the surrounding countryside to the Firth of Forth and wonderful walks from the doorstep, this is an undiscovered gem. Fully modernised and thoughtfully furnished and equipped to a very good standard to create a real home from home, this is an ideal base for a peaceful retreat or to explore this lovely region. Very easy access to all areas with St Andrews and its renowned array of golf courses, excellent theatre and good variety of shops and Sea Life Centre, within 30 minutes drive. The 'Fair City' of Perth on the River Tay, Scotland's largest river, with good restaurants, shops & theatre, is also within 30 minutes drive as is Dundee, known as the 'City of Discovery', with historic ships and the interactive science centre, 'Sensations'. Beyond Dundee, the wonderful Angus Glens or Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park each have stunning scenery and excellent hill walking. Nearby, Falkland Palace, the sandy beaches and quaint fishing villages of the East Neuk are all within easy reach.
