This attractive cottage set on the edge of the Peak District National Park has been sympathetically renovated, from a former church, parts of which date back to 1832, retaining many original features. Excellent walks close by on the Kinder Scout Massiff and Sett Valley Nature Trail. Buxton and Bakewell are easily accessible as are Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. The cave village of Castleton, plague village of Eyam and the village of Holmfirth are all an easy drive. There are also good road and rail links to Manchester city centre with all its cultural, sporting, retail and leisure facilities. Shop 1 mile, pub 200 yards.
