National Trust permit fishing can be obtained, with 4 miles of trout and salmon fishing, horse riding and trekking nearby on Exmoor. Keen walkers will find an abundance of scenic countryside and dramatic coastal walks a delight. Lynton and Lynmouth, within an easy drive, as well as Lynmouth offering its own pebble beaches, popular with keen surfers. Pub 100 yards.
