Accessed via a footpath this mid terrace cottage, situated above the Watch House provides wonderful views across the inner and outer harbours of picturesque Mevagissey. This pretty fishing village with its steep and narrow lanes provides a wealth of amenities including wonderful coastal walks. The sandy beach of Pentewan is just 1½ miles. Golf and riding available close by. A short drive will take you to the famous Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Shops and pubs 100 yards. Ground floor: Lounge, dining/kitchen, utility.
