These delightful 200 year old cottages with traditional features are comfortable and cosy at any time of year. Located in the historic village of Stratton, they are the ideal romantic escape or seaside getaway. The perfect spot for surfing and coastal walks along miles of sandy beaches. The bustling resort of Bude lies just 1 mile away and has an excellent range of shops and restaurants along with bowling, indoor `Splash' pool and an 18-hole golf course. The picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle, Tintagel and Clovelly are within an easy drive. Watersports, fishing, canoeing and bird watching at Tamar Lakes (7 miles) and the famous Eden Project is about 45 minutes by car. Restaurant/pub 200 yards. Ground floor: Lounge/dining room, kitchen with tiled floor. Open tread stairs to first floor: 1 single bedroom, bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle, toilet & basin. Narrow, steep stairs to second floor: 1 double bedroom with 5ft sleigh bed. Services: Woodburning stove. GFCH. First basket of fuel for stove, gas, power & bed linen (duvets) inc. Remainder fuel for stove avail locally. Towel hire. DVD player. Elec cooker. M/wave. Washer/dryer. Small, furnished sitting out area. One dog welcome. No children under 5 years.
