This former coaching house has been renovated and refurbished to a very good standard and is situated in the centre of St. Austell with easy access to all public transport including the railway station. This is an ideal location for visiting the Eden Project, 4 miles and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, 8 miles. There are numerous sandy beaches and coves to choose from and wonderful coastal walks.
