A charming, cosy, 170 year old Grade II listed cottage in the centre of the village in the beautiful Tanat Valley. Ideally placed for walking, fishing, mountain biking and horse riding in both the nearby Berwyn Mountains, but also within easy reach of Snowdonia. Pistyll Rhaedr, England and Wales highest waterfall is 4 miles outside the village and a walk to the top affords wonderful views of the surrounding hills. Lake Bala, Lake Vyrnwy, Llangollen and several National Trust Properties including Powis Castle and Chirk Castle, are all within an hours drive. Shops and excellent pubs serving food 50 yards.
