This detached cottage benefits from a water front location. Situated in a secluded position, accessed by a 150 yard walk across the common, amidst enclosed woodland gardens, with direct river access to its own mooring and quay heading alongside the River Yare. A rowing dinghy is provided for guests use, and a motor launch (can be hired locally) to explore the waterways. Good fishing, walking and cycling from the door. RSPB bird reserve close by. Norwich, 15 minutes. Wide sandy beaches an easy drive. Shop 2 miles, pub 500 yards. All on ground floor: Lounge with French doors to conservatory, with additional air bed, dining room/kitchen, utility, 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin.
