Dated 1769 the property has been refurbished with extensive views towards Skiddaw (Lakeland fells) and towards the Solway Firth from the rear. Excellent coastal walking, golf, wind surfing, fishing and cycling. Cockermouth, 15 miles. Keswick, 25 miles. Tea room with craft shop and farm animal park 1/2 mile. Shops 4 miles, pub 2 miles.
