The cottages have shared use of their own outdoor heated swimming pool (mid May - Sept), grass tennis lawn and children's play area, along with 80 acres of working farm offering miles of footpaths and bridlepaths to explore from your doorstep. Children will delight at the ponies, chickens and rabbits on the farm. On occasions wild red deer can be seen almost on your doorstep along with badgers, buzzards and hares, a rare opportunity to view these wild creatures and birds in their natural habitat. The owners working farm is involved in HLS (Higher Level Environmental Scheme). Mowhay Cottage offers easy walking access and has plenty of character from the Inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove, with its own lawned garden overlooking countryside. The Stables offers unique upside down accommodation with the living area being open plan. Situated just on the outskirts of the market town of South Molton, which has indoor swimming pool, town shops and a host of antique and curio shops, pubs, restaurants and weekly farmers markets. Exmoor National park is within a short drive and beaches can be reached within 20 miles. Golf, fishing and sailing all available locally. Shops and pubs available at nearby Chulmleigh.
