Bracklesham beach and shops are just a 5 minute walk, or East Wittering is approx 1/4 mile. Alternatively the popular sandy beach of West Wittering is about 2 miles distance. The elegant cathedral town of Chichester is about a 15 minute drive, with its festival theatre, shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as racing at Fontwell and Goodwood.
