This spacious converted coach house is situated in an AONB, a quiet area outside the town of Rothesay, on the Isle of Bute, which lies sheltered by part of the Southern Argyll peninsula and boasts some of the finest beaches. Rothesay town has splendid esplanade gardens; explore the moated castle, island home to Scottish Kings. Mount Stewart, a high Victorian Gothic Palace must be experienced. The island caters for all tastes; early May enjoy the Jazz Weekend or the Highland games at the end of August. Excellent riding, fishing and walking. Coast 3 minutes walk. Shops and pub 200 yards.
