Set in its own garden with stream, this 17th-century thatched cottage is full of character, with beams, flagstone floors, wood-burner fire and Rayburn to make it a welcome retreat whatever the season. It sits in a peaceful village on the outskirts of the market town of South Molton, with its weekly markets, antique shops, inns and tea rooms. Exmoor National Park just a short drive away with sightings of red deer and wild ponies. Golf, fishing and horse riding locally. Shops and pubs 3 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, step down to kitchen with slate floor. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with extra single bed, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin.
