This quaint and charming 18th century property is steeped in character with views to open countryside, close to Blyth Estuary and in a tranquil setting. The Suffolk Hertiage Coast and Southwold, 10 minutes drive. Pub and shop 200 yards. Ground floor: Lounge with beams, large dining room/conservatory with double & single futon-sofa beds & French doors, kitchen with breakfast area, low ceiling & beams. Steep narrow stairs to first floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower attachment, toilet, basin & wooden floor, 1 twin with beams & sloping ceiling, (access to double room through twin room). Services: Open fire (on request). NSH. All power, first basket of fuel for fire, bed linen (duvets) & towels inc. Remainder fuel for fire avail locally. Parking for 2 cars. T/cot. Satellite TV. video/DVD player (small libary). Stereo/CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. Freezer. W/machine. Enclosed garden with patio, sitting out area & furniture. BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Non smokers only. Friday to Friday. £50 security deposit payable by cheque on arrival.
