Well equipped and furnished, the cottage has an open log fire making it a super all year round retreat. Ideal for peace and quiet yet an excellent base for the Northern Lakes, Solway and the Scottish border. Caldbeck village, with shops, restaurants, art gallery and pub, 3 miles. Keswick, Cockermouth and Carlisle, 14 miles. Bassenthwaite Lake, 10 miles. Shop in village, 3 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, dining/kitchen area, shower room with toilet & basin.
