This cosy, traditional Lakeland cottage with multi-fuel stove and beams is one of a pair and is an ideal retreat for enjoying the Northern Lakes. Midway between Keswick to the west and Penrith to the east, it is also within easy reach of Derwentwater, 8 miles and Ullswater, 5 miles. The cottage is surrounded with views of Blencathra and the Northern Fells. Visitors can enjoy walks and cycle rides nearby as well as pony treking, boating and fishing. The Troutbeck Inn is 2 minutes walk, shop 5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge with beams, dining room with beams, small kitchen with sloping ceilings. Traditional cottage stairs to first floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 single, bathroom with bath, toilet & basin with sloping ceiling & Velux window. Services: NSH. Multi-fuel stove.
