An attractively presented double fronted terraced holiday cottage of some character, about 200 years old, furnished to a very good standard, in rural surroundings on the outskirts of Tipton St John, near Sidmouth, amidst Devon countryside. The beaches of Sidmouth are 3 miles away, Exeter 12 miles, the Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis and sandy beaches at Exmouth are close by. This is an excellent holiday base for visiting East Devon, Dartmoor and Dorset. Shop and pub ¼ mile.
