Most attractive cottage, totally converted creating an ideal holiday retreat with rugs on polished wooden floors upstairs. Although set in a peaceful wooded area with numerous Roe deer around it is only 21/2 miles from Dunkeld village with good shops and hotels, an ancient fountain, cathedral and Beatrix Potter Gardens and Exhibition with 18 hole golf course. Superb walks and cycle tracks in the bordering forests. Fishing locally. Shops and pubs with ceilidhs, 21/2 miles. Entrance on first floor level to lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom with toilet & basin. Ground floor bedrooms at front door level: 1 5ft double, 1 twin, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin. Services: Elec 'woodburner' stove. OFCH.
