Dove Mount holiday cottages have been created through the tasteful conversion of the outbuildings at Dove Mount Farm, a working cattle farm, offers quality, compact, comfortable accommodation, adjacent to a country lane. Both are beamed and have superb views across Dovedale from the first floor. Situated on the outskirts of the village of Thorpe in 25 acres of organic farmland on the edge of the Peak Park, only 150 metres from the Tissington trail and a myriad of bridleways and footpaths. Ashbourne is 2 miles, Carsington Water with its Nature Trail 4 miles. Buxton, Haddon Hall, Chatsworth House and Alton Towers all within 16 miles. Shop 2 miles, PO ¾ mile, pub 1 mile. Ground floor: Hall, 2 bedrooms with rugs on marble floor - 1 4-poster double and en-suite shower room with toilet & basin, 1 twin, both rooms with beams, bathroom with corner bath, toilet & basin. First floor: 1 double bedroom (can be twin), lounge, beamed dining/kitchen. Services for both properties: Full LPG CH. All power, bed linen (duvets) & towels inc.
