Set on the edge of a pretty village, only 7 miles from the cathedral city of Canterbury, these two detached cottages (Dilly - 15642 and Gilt - 23149) provide a perfect base from which to explore the historic attractions of the surrounding area. Standing in the grounds of the owners farm, each cottage has its own patio and lawned garden area. Guests are welcome to help in the feeding of the chickens, ducks and guinea pigs. Numerous castles, NT properties, family attractions and the coast are within easy driving distance. Day trips to France by ferry or Eurotunnel from Folkestone, 8 miles. Hastings, Rye and Broadstairs are all an hours drive. Golf (pay and play), 2 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile. Ground floor: Open plan lounge/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin. Services: Elec radiators.
