Set above a valley on an organic cattle and sheep farm in the tranquil countryside, this comfortable property attached to the owners' home, is an excellent base. In the valley are 3 lakes, with fishing (bring own tackle, free tickets from owner), and country tracks for scenic walks. Maidencombe, 3 miles, for sandy beach, Babbcombe, 3 miles, has a Victorian cliff railway to the beach. Close by are Teignmouth and Torquay. Many historic houses and gardens to visit as well as watersports, riding and golf. Paignton Zoo, model village, Kent's cavern and Dartmoor, within easy reach. Restaurant, village shop/PO and pub 1 mile.
