This small, pretty terraced cottage, tucked away in the historic village of Colyton provides an ideal base for touring beautiful east Devon, Dartmoor, Exmoor, Dorset and Somerset. Just 3 miles from the sea at Seaton with its famous tramway along the River Axe estuary, bird sanctuary and within easy reach of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Lyme Regis and excellent coastal and cathedral city of Exeter. Shops, restaurants and take-away 100 yards, pub 50 yards. Ground floor: Lounge/dining room with curtained off compact, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet & small basin.
