A former woollen mill, this large mews-style courtyard cottage, is a short walk from the historic town centre. A place to unwind, on three levels, it has been equipped and furnished to a very good standard throughout. The town's heated, outdoor swimming pool is close by and Buckfast Abbey, the Dart Valley Railway and the Buckfastleigh Butterfly and Otter Sanctuary are all within walking distance. Dartmoor 2 miles, Plymouth 20 miles, Exeter 22 miles and Torquay 13 miles. Golf and fishing close by. Shops, pubs/restaurants 100 yards. Ground floor: Kitchen with dining area.
