Situated 3/4 mile up a private good road, on the edge of the owner's 50 acres of private woodland, with paths leading to a secluded sandy, pebbly beach and rocks for sea fishing - 10 minute walk. Two mile bluebell walk in May. Galloway House gardens 2 miles. Shops/PO, bowling green, two tennis courts, harbour and nearest pub 11/4 mile. Ground floor: Lounge, large kitchen/dining room, bathroom with bath, basin & toilet, separate shower room, 1 double bedroom. First floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 king-size double, 1 twin.
