Excellent walking country A cosy little stone cottage, adjoining the owner's 17th C home, formerly a farmstead, located in the Lune Valley. The little hamlet of Raisbeck is set within a triangle which forms the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the Eden Valley, all of which are within 20 minutes drive over quiet country roads. Excellent walking country abounds (the coast to coast walk runs past the lane end) and there are many interesting market towns and places of interest to visit nearby. Shop and pub 1½ miles. Ground floor: Double bedroom, shower room with power shower, toilet & basin. First floor: Open stairs to lounge/kitchen with dormer window looking out onto farmland & fells beyond. Services: OFCH.
