A comfortable cottage in the owners garden and private marina (photograph shows local view, not view from cottage) ideally placed for a relaxing holiday. Soak up the marina landscape and watch the many yachts and cruisers (April-November), which are moored alongside the river, while you enjoy a quiet drink from the nearby pub. Discover the history of this old market town, take a short drive into the Lincolnshire Wolds, visit Horncastle, drive to the coast, or go on a local boat trip (boat hire also available by arr). Good fishing, walking and birdwatching all close by. Shop 250 yards, pub 25 yards. Ground floor: Lounge with dining area, small galley kitchen, shower room with toilet & basin. First floor: Open-tread staircase leads to galleried double bedroom. Services: Partial NSH. Elec fire. All power, bed linen (duvets) & towels inc. DVD player. Stereo/CD. Elec cooker. M/wave.
