Wroxham, considered to be the 'capital' of the Broads, with its shops, restaurants and terraced water front bars is only 10 minutes drive. Motor launches available for hire in Stalham or Wroxham. Norwich, 18 miles. Sandy, uncrowded beaches can be found within 2½ miles, Sea Palling, and Mundesley are easily accessible. Cromer (known for its crabs) and the rest of the north Norfolk coast can be explored, providing interesting day trips with plenty to keep the children entertained. Many NT properties nearby.
