On the edge of the Pembrokeshire National Park, this 19th century farmhouse is situated on a 140-acre farm, surrounded by a separate range of buildings in which the owners live. It provides a good holiday base from which there are numerous attractions to explore in the surrounding area, with good walking in the nearby Preseli Mountains and very accessible to the coast or for touring. There are the renowned beaches of Newport and Poppit (7 miles), and the delightfully picturesque market towns of Cardigan (10 miles) and Fishguard. Local activities include golf, fishing, all weather Oakwood Leisure Park and Folly Farm activity centre. Outside play area for children. Shops and pubs within 2 miles (milk and dairy produce retailed from farm). Ground floor: 2 large lounges with open fires, farmhouse kitchen with table for 12, dining area, large playroom/games room (equipped with pool table etc.), shower/toilet, utility/washroom.
