A value base for couples and small families, it is an easy drive from the Suffolk Heritage Coast and Constable Country. Close to Lavenham and Long Melford, good walks abound. Shop 5 miles, family pub/restaurant close to the property. Beamed open-plan lounge with dining area, fitted kitchen. Spiral stairs to landing gallery & first floor: 2 eaves bedrooms with large rooflights: 1 double, 1 with cabin bed (more suited to a child), plus a 3ft single bed with 3ft pull-out bed, which can be used as a double, bathroom with toilet & basin.
