Set on a small private estate, accessed by a private drive, on the edge of Ashbourne - 'Gateway to Dovedale'. The footpath to Dovedale and the Tissington cycle hire trail runs nearby, and pool and leisure centre are a short stroll. Peak Park, Alton Towers and Buxton are an easy drive.
