Extensive views Pretty gate lodge with many interesting architectural features, much internal character, set in very attractive gardens at end of driveway to 'Plas Tan Y Bwlch', now a study centre, and at junction of A487 - B4410 about 7 miles from Porthmadoc, with extensive views over wooded vale of Ffestiniog. In heart of National Park, well placed for beaches, touring or walking. Betws Y Coed, Caernarfon, Bala all about 20 miles, Portmeirion and Harlech about 6 miles. Shop 4 miles, pub 1 mile. Ground floor: Lounge with dining alcove, 3 steps up to kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin. Narrow stairs to landing: 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 step to 1 twin (compact but 3ft beds). Note: Bedrooms have narrower & lower doors than usual. Services: Woodburning stove in lounge (fuel not supplied). Economy 7 elec CH. Power, bed linen (duvets) & towels inc. Parking. M/wave. Enclosed garden with furniture. One dog only please.
